However, we kindly ask that all appointments be confirmed in advance. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of our time, appointments that remain unconfirmed at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time will be automatically canceled. We make every effort to contact clients by phone and SMS before releasing an appointment. If your booking is canceled due to lack of confirmation, you’re always welcome to reach out to reschedule at your convenience. We’re happy to offer 20% off first-time facials; however, this discount is not applicable to Chemical Peel, Kids Glow Facial, Glow&Go Dermaplaning, ADVANCED GLOW INFUSION, and when using a gift certificate for payment.
